I Hear You; Stuck between who you are and who you want to be?

Most of us hit a point where we feel stuck  and when we do, we cope. Sometimes with food, sometimes by hiding, sometimes by playing small. These patterns make sense, but they keep us where we are.

I work with men and women over 30 who are ready to understand what's underneath the emotional and behavioural patterns that drive how they eat, how they show up and how they relate to themselves.

Using a counselling-informed coaching approach, I help clients see the connection between their inner world and outer life — what I call emotional eating and emotional dressing.

My approach follows the 3A Model:

  • Awareness — What's really keeping you stuck?

  • Alignment —Shifting the patterns, beliefs, and habits that hold you in place.

  • Appearance — As your inner language changes, so does the way you show up — in your boundaries, relationships, presence, and how you dress.

When the inner world shifts, the outer life follows.

I'm Ceylan Onay, a Counselling-Informed Health & Behaviour Coach, accredited by the UK & International Health Coaching Association and the Association for Coaching.

After 20 years in fashion retail, I moved from Istanbul to London and retrained as a health coach while pursuing formal counselling education. That transition challenged me deeply but it also taught me that real change isn't about willpower. It's about identity, self-trust, and the way we relate to ourselves.

My background in fashion showed me how much our outer presentation carries inner meaning. My training in coaching and counselling showed me how to work with what's underneath.

I bring both together.

I've changed. I know change is possible.

I work in English, Italian, and Turkish.
